I'm always a fan of Delarosa so when planning team lunch in the area for some out of towners, this was an immediate suggestion. In ture try it all fashion, our group of 5 ordered 3 pizzas and 2 salads to share, because why get one thing when you can get many? We went with the caesar and beet salads, both of which were a hit, especially on the toasty day we were dining. For pizzas we went with the spicy sopressata, capricciosa, and burrata. Each one was hit and it seemed each one was favorited by someone. I personally couldn't pick a favorite as I liked different aspects of each one and would order any of them again. This location has a great outdoor patio, but due to the heat while we were here we opted to sit inside, which was still a nice bright environment.

Me & my husband randomly stumbled upon this place waiting for our movie to start, it was literally 15 minutes to closing, but they still seated us with no issue. We ordered swiftly, and the food came out just as quick. But nothing about the food tasted rushed. It was all delicious!! The meatballs, pizza, broccolini & shrimp. We will definitely be back. The waiter was also very nice!

Very cute place with great service. My pasta was a little bit overcooked but it was a good portion with lots of clams. My boyfriend and his family seemed to really enjoy their ragu and margarita pizza, and the chocolate cake for dessert was amazing!

Delarosa Downtown in San Francisco is a happening spot, but be prepared for the crowds! Here's my experience: Reservations Recommended: Make a reservation! This place gets packed, especially with after-work and conference crowds. Its location is convenient, but not the most peaceful. Seating Options: There's indoor and outdoor seating. Indoors, they use large tables for communal seating, so you might end up sharing a table with other groups. Chatter Challenge: The indoor space gets very loud, making conversation a bit difficult. It is not ideal for an intimate group outing or catching up with friends. Pizza Success: We tried a variety of pizzas, and all were pretty good. However, they did lean a bit salty. Side Dish Disappointment: We weren't impressed with the cauliflower bagna cauda. It lacked flavo, and the cauliflower was a bit undercooked. Fast Service: On the plus side, service was fast despite the bustling atmosphere. Our food arrived quickly. Overall, Delarosa Downtown is a good option for a casual, lively meal. The pizza is tasty, but for a quieter group gathering, you might want to consider another spot.
